Additional Photos from Epstein Estate Made Public by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Site plans for the financier's personal tropical island featured within the released materials.

Furthermore contained in this recent photograph release is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.

The financier purchased a more modest island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

The released images reveal he had created development schemes to develop the substantial island by building living quarters, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.

Marked on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the bottom right.

This development map is marked up in red pen markings and features a notes section detailing various sections of the land.

In addition to the main plan are what look to be an additional nine property layouts and engineering blueprints, such as designs for boat shelters.

Additional documentation released as part of the current oversight disclosure.
